[INSPIRING] Nigerian teenager becomes youngest councillor in UK

A Nigerian teenager resident in the United Kingdom has become the country's youngest Councillor after winning the election.
Aisha Eniola, a 19 year old final year student of Mass Communication was elected into the Brent Council in London. She is now the representative of Harlesden Ward. She had the highest overall votes 2,160 for the Labor party beating her other counterparts Simon Erskine of the Green party who had 459 and Paul Fowler of the Liberal party that got 313, making her emerge as the youngest councilor in UK.   
She said she hopes her victory will encourage other young people to participate in politics.
